Most subs need to be cut off at hz to hz. Most head units don't give you that type of adjustment. Also as I said in my earlier email it will burn up the very small amp in the headunit. I used 2 channels of a four channel amp to the 4 speakers and bridged the 2 channel to this tube.

It sounded great and hit very hard for a 6" tube. It will burn up the amp in the head unit. It will drop it down to 2 ohms on each channel. The head unit is not made to run a 2 ohms for long or at all. You would have to run all 4 speakers on the front Chanel and bridge the rear Chanel for the tube.

It can be wired that way but will smoke the head unit up after you turn it up for awhile or go into thermal protection possibility. I would recommend against it.
